I've been in some form of wood working for over 25 years including the custom home building industry for 8 years. I've had a passion for fine wood working for 20 years. I own a Mobile Electronics business where I've been named one of the top 100 installers in the USA 7 times.

In 2006 I built my own shop to refine my skills and achieve more focus. I've spent years searching far and wide to find the finest, most exotic and unusual woods in the world. I've also done research on woods reaction to various conditions such as high RH as found in Humidors.

I believe that in order to create humidors that stand out from the rest, I would need to refine my joinery skills and at the same time create a level of quality and uniqueness that stands alone in the the crowd. I'm a Humidor Builder and a Cigar smoker. It's not a job to me, it's a lifestyle. I've found those who truly enjoy a fine cigar also enjoy good people and the finer things in life.

When building a one of a kind piece, we can discuss the variety of woods and ways to use them. In many cases, exotic woods may have natural inclusions. This can add character to a piece and should not be seen as a mistake. I am not limited to flat panels. I am equipped to do bent laminations as well. This will add to the cost of the build but will also add to the uniqueness as well. Some may tell you that veneers are for cheaper humidors. There are cheap, simulated wood veneers and there are exotic real woods that will enhance a beautiful humidor. It may also be necessary to build particular panels with veneers due to wood movement from RH.

The most beautiful woods you will ever see will either be from a tree or a veneer. I use AAA rated veneers on my projects. I'm happy to send pictures of the actual woods I'll use on your humidor. I feel the more I include you in the builld, the more you will appreceiate it and ultimately providing you exactly what you want.

I accept Visa, MC, Discover and PayPal. A $100.00 deposit is due upon ordering. Once I begin your project, a payment to bring the total deposit to 25% of the balance is required. Upon completion I will send you pictures and upon approval payment in full including shipping and handling is due. Special order woods may add to the normal cost.
